Full professor (Faculty of Psychology), researcher and well-known consultant in Road Safety across different countries. He is the President of the Spanish Road Safety Foundation (FESVIAL), and one of the most qualified experts in traffic safety and security in Spain. Currently, Dr. Montoro leads the Human Factor and Road Safety (FACTHUM.lab) research group at the Research Institute on Traffic and Road Safety (INTRAS), University of Valencia.
