Fiona Anderson is a Dispensing Optician, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a qualification in refraction and one in spectacle manufacturing.

Elected as President of the Association of British Dispensing Opticians in April 2016, Fiona’s professional interests are paediatric dispensing and furthering the scope of practice for all DO’s through ongoing training and professional development, and by advocating involvement in academic research. Fiona represents ABDO on many committees and has previously been a member of the Optometry Scotland Executive Council, who were instrumental in changes in the delivery of eyecare within Scotland over the last decade.
