Rémy Marcotte- Collard is an optometrist involved in research on myopia and axial length correction, a specialisation for which he completed a Master’s in vision science at the University of Montreal’s School of Optometry. He is currently completing doctoral studies in vision sciences, researching the effect of various optical designs for myopia-correction contact lenses on changes in choroidal volume. He holds a patent for a system of optical designs that aim to correct the development of myopia and axial length..
