Dr. Colombo is Head of the Retinal Dystrophies Unit at the San Paolo Hospital, University of Milan, Italy and a member of the vireo-retinal surgical team. His main fields of interest include clinical research on retinal dystrophies, in particular retinitis pigmentosa, genetic aspects of retinal dystrophies, and clinical and technological research in the field of low vision and visual aids.
