Benjamin Rousseau graduated as a Physics Engineer from Ecole Supérieure d’Optique (IOGS Palaiseau, France) in 2003 and obtained his masters in optics and photonics. Benjamin joined Essilor Research and Development in 2002, where he worked on ophthalmic lens design, simulation and personalization. He is now in charge of global programs dedicated to delivering the next generation of progressive lenses and products, including the Varilux® X series™ program.
